The Beacon Group recently completed a highly specialized material handling solution for a hardware distribution company in Manchester, New Hampshire. This project included selective rack, lift truck equipment, package conveyor, empty carton conveyor, conveyor control system, and two 4 level pick modules with carton flow, pallet flow, decked rack and cantilever shelving.

This project included new selective rack providing over 31,000 pallet locations, carton flow rack, pallet flow rack, decked rack, cantilever shelf rack, a narrow belt 90 degree pop up roller sorter with forty (40) lanes, conveyor control system supporting the product sortation.  The operation includes pick to tote, automatic sortation to palletizing lanes with detailed screens, and empty carton conveyor feeding a compactor.
