The Beacon Group designed and integrated a material handling solution for a third party logistics company in Chicago, Illinois.

This project included interfacing and remodeling their existing picking areas which included decked rack, carton flow, pallet flow and new shelving.  A new pick and pass conveyor system was designed and implemented to both pick and replenish to these existing picking modules and carousels, and includes three sorters, accumulating declines, and preowned fully automatic random case sealers.
