The Beacon Group designed and implemented a highly specialized material handling solution for a educational supplies company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

This project included selective rack, (2) two level pick module with carton flow, steel shelving, pallet flow, with integrated conveyor system including spiral inclines/declines, two bi-directional 90 degree sorters transferring product to fourty four (44) lanes for kitting or packing, empty carton trash conveyor with horizontal compactor, custom workstations, lift truck equipment, opportunity chargers, and structural guarding.
